What Tantric Yoga is
Tantric Yoga is the Yoga of Energy. Once you develop an understanding of the energy system (Prana, the Chakras, Kundalini,) Yoga becomes a fascinating study and a powerful transformative instrument with endless possibilities.
What Tantric Yoga does
On the physical level Yoga can resolve injuries and diseases. It will make your body toned, strong, healthy and flexible. But Yoga is much more than this. It brings you closer to the secret forces of nature. Ultimately, Yoga can make you a master of your own destiny and grant you knowledge of the Truth.
Structure of a class
Every Yoga session starts with a sequence of warming exercises, followed by a series of asanas (steady postures) and pranayama (bringing prana under our control through breathing exercises).
Music and music meditation are always included in a class and connect us with the superior levels of our being.
The final relaxation is an important conclusion of the class; only when we are able to be deeply relaxed are we able to attain higher levels in Yoga, the received energies are being distributed, and it is the reward for your hard work during the class!
Every Yoga class is preceded by a half-hour lecture on a Yoga-related subject.
